MicroStep Group® AquaCut Series

AquaCut machines represent high-precision CNC waterjet cutting technology designed for processing of wide variety of materials including those that cannot be subject to thermal or mechanical stresses. Pure water or abrasive cutting can be applied to metal, stone, marble, armoured glass, ceramics, plastics, wood, corrugated cardboard, foamed material as well as sandwich materials. Machine can be equipped with 5 axis rotary head and also combined with plasma technology.

Waterjet cutting head Waterjet cutting operation

AquaCut represents a high-precision and reliable cutting machine of a gantry construction with dual longitudinal drive and a tool station for the AUTOLINE abrasive cutting head. Directly on the gantry there is a control console with LED display. The machine is equipped with an efficient and user-friendly CNC control system MSNC500 having a TFT color monitor with touch screen and an industrial water-proof keyboard. High precision and robustness of the machine, as well as the CNC control system which has also been developed and optimally adjusted to cutting purposes by MicroStep, result in high efficiency of production. All application programs, as well as the control software itself, run under Microsoft Windows operating system and are easy to learn and easy to operate.


The CNC Waterjet Cutting Machine AquaCut from MicroStep can use pure water or abrasive cutting technology to cut metal, stone, marble, armored glass, ceramics, plastics, corrugated cardboard, foamed material, as well as sandwich materials.

MicroStep Group® supplies you with highly precise CNC-controlled drilling equipment, optional with manual or fully automatic tool exchanger.

Scan shape of template for conversion into file or use CCD camera to find marks on plate for precise positioning - modern CCD technology makes your work easy and effective. Full integration into control system is a matter of course.
