Knuth has three basic methods of shipping.
• Speed Services – for small parcels
• Courier Services – we will quote on the shipping costs. Prices depend on dimensions, weight and whether you stay in the main centre of South Africa or in a rural area.
• Collect – you are welcome to collect your purchase from our store to save on delivery charges

Most of our shipping are collected by courier companies and delivered overnight at your doorstep. Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. You will have to sign for your parcel at the counter if you want it sent to your Post Office.

Namibia Customers

Customers from Namibia need to contact us by email or phone to arrange for an accurate shipping quote. Shipping to Namibia needs to be calculated manually as the shipping rates to Namibia is much lower than for other foreign countries. Returns

We are focussed on excellent service and products. Most products are tested before shipping. All sales and transactions are final, thus we will not reverse any sales transactions. All products sold carry a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee and will be honoured by Knuth. Should any item fail, all you have to do is contact us and we will arrange/facilitate the repair.

Payment by Bank Transfers / Cheques

Knuth does not except any Cheque payments ever. We experienced too many instances of fraud by cheque payments and decided not to except this form of payment. Should you insist payment by cheque, a waiting period of 21 working days is required for clearance of the funds. Shipping will only commence after funds are cleared by our bank.

If you prefer paying by bank transfer (internet Banking), we will ship immediately after the funds are cleared in our bank. Usually it takes a maximum of four (4) days. Most transactions are cleared by the next day. We encourage this type of payment. We might call you to confirm the transaction for your security. In some cases we might even ship your items for free (depending on item status), as we save on commissions payable.
